    She has a couple of good videos on meditation also. The one on loving compassion meditation is very informative and I have watched it several times.

    Thank you for the suggestion, Deb! I find her to be an extremely informative speaker - and she recognises people have limitations and offers practical alternatives, which is nice. No feeling of “judgement” there. Very nice voice to listen to, as well!

    Yes I do, though I always listen to my body and do less when I’m feeling less flexible (or sick), and more when I’m really needing the yoga effect! It’s a wonderful art. I wish you the best in your continued practice. Namaste!
